the night manager is very accommodating if i call for early check in

early check in, 5 minutes drive to the venue, then come back and relax in the whirlpool and pool

beds were comfy, clean room friendly staff and quiet hotel. we really enjoyed the 24 hr pool!

the employee if i could get the voucher so i can go get some food and just heat it up for the kids next morning, the employee lied about the diner is close already at that time it’s only 9pm

i’m a little confused why booking has it as a no kids allowed policy as there were several kids there

lady when i arrived early hoping for an early check-in, said nothing was available

they gave us a room with a king bed & barely a twin pull out bed for both of the kids to sleep on

and no pool second day was told it was open then come to find out it was closed devastated my kids who was so excited for it on top of no ice machine no dryer no channels on my tv and no sound

staff, for the night owls you can do your laundry anytime of night i find i do ky laundry best at 3am

you also have an early check in fee if you want to check in before 3 and depending on the time of day you want to

to and from airport, fridge in hotel room and allowed early check in
