helpful and friendly staff who were able to accommodate my request for early check in, in order for my party to prepare for an afternoon wedding

indoor pool water was cold this time and there were some cracked tiles in our bathroom.

everything was good except for laundry. it was difficult to get coins for laundry.

our second time with the kids in lake george as well as our second time staying at the lakefront terrace

was friendly, beds were comfortable, beautiful view to the lake and kids enjoyed the snack bar & pool

they accommodated an early check in and late check out and answered the phone when we called

we received an email saying we could have early check in for a fee of $25

extra seating area in the suite was great to be able to relax in, front desk staff allowed for early check in, which was great after a long drive

the couch was very uncomfortable, the room service was very limited and expensive

and your food at guest reception pitiful like a kids birthday party
