early check in, helpful staff

there not been a pandemic we would have enjoyed the pool and other amenities but over all it was relaxing

bar has some decent beer, whiskey offerings

free wifi was weak. to mant other people were on line.

wifi signal was weak & failed to load any website, no hot water on the 5th floor, the carpets were

the lobby was beautiful, the room was big and clean, and the breakfast was also fabulous

couldn’t early check in i was told i could around noon, and when i got there i was then pushed another hour

an indoor swimming pool which is something i wanted specifically since i had my grandson with me

we were greeted when we arrived by a helpful manager who not only allowed us early check in, but also gave us free drink tickets, and a full run down of the facilities,

the $35 pet fee for one night was outrageous!!! $10 is the norm.
