lovely reception staff, great breakfast buffet, very comfortable beds, good wifi.

bed was comfy, room service available (we were climbing ben nevis and were late back so missed our dinner (+)3 adults) which had top-notch decor and maintenance, great location, excellent dinner served via room service, and helpful & friendly staff (+) i ended up eating in the restaurant my first night, and then i ordered room service the second night to get some work done (+) room service was fast and the sticky toffee pudding was exceptional

the restaurant menu and bar pairing was quite good and the food was quality and presentation was quite excellent

had an amazing stay at the hotel, the staff were very accommodating and let us have an early check in as well as a late check out

would suggest that it may be an option to offer salmon options at breakfast not cured in alcohol for

the wifi doesn't work even though it says connected but you can get your own signal so just used data

the bar area had a lovely atmosphere and staff were friendly and

piles of laundry left in the corridor. very tortuous route to get to our room

clean property. friendly staff who went out of their way to facilitate an early check in.

kids loved the bunk beds. it was super clean and had everything we needed for our short stay.

the food was lovely in the bar but would have liked a small kids menu

kids and husband enjoyed their burgers and pizza and can’t complain when the kids meals are free
