i am able to do early check in like hour or 2 before the original time and late check out instead of 11 they would

wife arrived a little after 11am and check in usually is 3pm i was told its an extra $25 for an early check in but we didn't have that full amount

then we were by the laundry room and the rudely kept slamming the door all morning, then one of the guys who worked

they were able to accommodate an early check in. they really saved the day!

they provide free dinner and breakfast, their fitness center was well kept, they were very friendly and helpful, and the room

is one kitchen staff for morning breakfast my daughter accidentally spilled a little cereal on the floor and i asked the short black

pool was a bit of a disappointment, it is very small compared to how large of a hotel this is

thanks to my girl carla( who i never got to meet) for my early check in and excellent room with an (+) the staff was friendly helped with issues effectively and immediately even helped me with an early check in which was much needed

rooftop pool was great for the kids, the nightly activities were nice!

in green room service - not requiring new linens, towels every day- yields $5 / day food voucher

no room service at night; was not able to receive a new set of sheets after accident

due to the inappropriate behavior and fighting of a group of people on the pool deck that my kids witnessed
