we arrived pretty early from guatemala city

we particularly enjoyed the large jacuzzi in the room and the beautiful infinity pool

free monkey boat tour in the morning, there are free kayaks to use on the beautiful lake and the breakfast is just delicious

noise of kitchen fan heard at the pool. included breakfast should be richer

we enjoyed breakfast and dinner at the hotel which was all delicious with beautiful views

staff went above and beyond and allowed early check in which was very helpful and amazing

i like the facilities, they were awesome, the pool and the amenities are nice.

they do have a small gym which isn t by the restaurant but by the rooms

the shared kitchen was so useful too

the wifi was in and out. but i mean i could also survive without it for a while ;)

staff was amazing, early check in, we could leave our luggages at their hotel, hot water, fast internet, comfy bed,

arrived by the night bus, and early check in was available

i was confused how the airport shuttle worked, but that's probably on me.

the staff were friendly & helpful, they have a laundry service which was same day & good value

was a bar upstairs and a speaker with loud music just above my room

the hotel is right by the water and has a bar and resto on the top floor

the food was less than desirable but the bar tenders were amazing and fun and always making wonderful drinks

breakfast was delicious, great lil pool to hang in watch watch people walk by, as well as great view of lake

we booked our airport shuttle at the reception and all went smoothly

location was great as it was steps away from the water, shuttle bus pick up point and restaurants
