early check in, very clean and modern

the room, lobby and pool were each meticulously clean

a group of young hockey players that were in the hallways after 10pm, it made it hard to get my kids to sleep and stay asleep with them in the hallways running up and down and yelling to each

breakfast was ok. they kept running out of stuff.

my kids loved the pool and the basketball court

love this hotel it s the nicest one i ve stayed in its very nice and clean we love our full kitchen with a separate eating area

it was so clean and well maintained. breakfast was hot and delicious. staff were so friendly!

i had a king suite, with 3 kids it was perfect

we wanted to check if we could do early check in and indeed our rooms were ready by 12:30pm

there is a gym that allows 2 people inside except when it’s open

was alote of slamming doors all hours of the night kids running around all hours of the night i got no rest and had to go to work

my kids have respiratory issues so we couldn’t stay long unfortunately

was closed for renovations did not tell us that when we booked kids were upset because they could not

we had four rooms and she was super nice about an hour and a half early check in

no hot items or options to order breakfast from menu or room service

parking was good

the room service was not working

it was very clean. they let us do an early check in as soon as the room was ready.

little bit of a musty smell and pool seemed to be lacking maintenance.

pool was nice, our room was big with separate living area, kitchen & jacuzzi in the separate bedroom

it was very clean, loved having the restaurant and bar right there.

room smelled a little musty/mildewy and the wifi was not strong enough and not password protected

restaurant was a little shady in its bar prices and when we had a issue the bar tender wasn t very helpful

poor laundry

found it interesting that the bar was open in the evenings but only a to go breakfast

was great for the kids, was not crowded, and staff was wonderful (even accommodated my evening hours at the

washer seems not work very well, the drying function cannot work, and need to ask for laundry detergent

i liked that i was allowed early check in

breakfast selection was good. very convenient and lots of room. very nice

the breakfast is excellent with lots of choices

valet service is available as well as laundry, a gym and an area to use a computer, printer and desk if needed

gym is very small with only 3 machines and no weights

didn’t allow early check in and they didn’t place me in room that showed there would be a jacuzzi in

disppointed that there was no breakfast. appreciated early check in

no pool or area for kids would be the only downfall

part of their family i was so excited when i seen the wife out there running and playing with the kids it was beautiful and lady cleaned the place is awesome she makes sure you are comfortable your

it has an out side pool in the back of the property

staff very accommodating with early check in and thank you for having the jacuzzi and pool open

also (side note) - we needed to use the guest laundry, and it was just 1$ for each machine

everything!. lobby where nice breakfast to be had every morning. pool, exercise room etc

management provides early check in. much appreciated!
