early check in and service in general was very understanding.

very close to beach, casino, train and walking distance to cascais

the only inconvenience i faced was that the wifi signal kept dropping on my devices sometimes.

room either worked or didn t and the hotel staff were not very apologetic when we were without wifi for 2 days

nice touch. chocolate on bed tea and coffee in room. early check in.

hours are very short, we wanted to have a relaxation after the long day of excyrsions, but the spa is closed at 18 or 19

indoor pool is smaller than it looks on the pictures

hotel is gorgeous, i got upgraded to a suite and was able to do early check in

were under renovation so it gets a little bit loud some times; a part of the swimming pool and kids park was under renovation too

facilities are beautiful and the plunge pool inside the spa was a treat
