clean and easy access to restaurant and i-75. breakfast was yummy and the pool was fun!

we liked the fitness area and having our room cleaned every day.

the breakfast was excellent with eggs sausage and sausage gravy the waffles were nice and fluffy

beach staff (christian and katia), pool staff (meghan, paula, raya), bar staff (dorothy), and driver (richard), and bellhop (sheridan) (-)automatic 20% gratuity added to all restaurant and bar charges regardless of the service (-) i didn't care for the automatic gratuity, on any and everything you ordered from the bar or restaurants (-) there was a member at the bar one evening when we were having dinner who was clearly inebriated (+)whole staff, waiters, receptionists, bar tenders, beach attendants, etc were all exceptionally friendly and very helpful (-) 20% service charge at a tiny walk-up bar - server indicated that is not a gratuity (-)for the location and the room was wonderful but: construction continued, therefore the tiki bar situated near the pool with the portable restrooms did not give the feel of a first class

she went above and beyond to contact the housekeeping manager so i could get early check in

it has ev charger and it was clean.

no bar was open as they had no bartender

the breakfast was fresh, good and lite

we took advantage of the tiki bar and the drinks were delicious

they also always try to accommodate our request if we ask for an early check in or late check out which is greatly appreciated

time, beautiful city and the hotel was excellent; i wanted to say the staff was great; we did an early check in, our room wasn t ready so connie did an upgrade and put us in an executive suite
