we arrived pretty early from guatemala city

we particularly enjoyed the large jacuzzi in the room and the beautiful infinity pool

free monkey boat tour in the morning, there are free kayaks to use on the beautiful lake and the breakfast is just delicious

noise of kitchen fan heard at the pool. included breakfast should be richer

we enjoyed breakfast and dinner at the hotel which was all delicious with beautiful views

staff went above and beyond and allowed early check in which was very helpful and amazing

i like the facilities, they were awesome, the pool and the amenities are nice.

they do have a small gym which isn t by the restaurant but by the rooms

they also did our laundry for a reasonable price

they made us a take away breakfast in the morning as we had such an early shuttle

room was very spacious, clean with comfortable beds, well maintained furniture, fittings and good wifi connection

we even got an early check in which was much appreciated after a sweaty minibus ride

got sick from undercooked eggs one morning, and the wifi connection sucks in most rooms

rooftop pool with great views

flores island is rather small and the hotel is convenient to everything- shops, laundry, pharmacy, and restaurants

the rooftop pool and restaurant are amazing, we hung out there most of the afternoon

allowed an early check in

breakfast in front of lake peten itza was spectacular

we did a load of laundry and our clothes came back clean and folded

the bar pool was great, the staff was amazingly friendly and helpful, and the food was yummy

advertise shuttle service, but charged more than double of a regular taxi from the airport

we were allowed to have an early check in (7:30 am) after we spent 90 minutes waiting in a lobby ( they had many free rooms

the lake from the shared patio, good water pressure, wifi and hot and cold filtered water

the wifi was in and out. but i mean i could also survive without it for a while ;)

all you need , hot water , wifi , air conditioning , lake front

the wifi wasn't that strong and the walls are paper thin so you can hear everything.

was a bar upstairs and a speaker with loud music just above my room

the staff were friendly & helpful, they have a laundry service which was same day & good value

also our room had a bar next door but it got quiet before midnight
