i tried to get an early check in, but they couldn't do it

early check in, clean and nice room

wifi worked well

nice and clean, they have a bar with a nice sitting area. the rooms was spacious and clean.

hotel was in a convenient location and offered free onsight parking

receptionist very nice when i arrived, helping me out with an early check in that i didn't ask for

we were on the first floor near the lobby and the noise from breakfast would definitely keep you from sleeping in

the staff were accommodating for an early check in.

we didn’t have time to do laundry, but the area was very neat and tidy

everything was clean and quiet and breakfast was great and the front desk was very nice

rooms are.old. gym equipment was broken. breakfast very poor.

liked the fact that breakfast was included also the availability of in door pool facilities was good

they let me check in early switched my room due to early check in and saved a little which i didn’t mind because i’m

room is big and the bed is comfy the kitchen also is very nice and so helpful i even extended my stay for more

the stove top in the kitchenette does not work.

gym was closes but the pool was open actually very strange since the whole covid 19 thing is still

a saturday morning, early at 9 in the morning, the room service banged on my door and without my permission opened the door

i asked for a room close to the elevator extra blankets and early check in and all were granted

the breakfast was awesome, the room was clean and smoke free

breakfast, enough variety, tea and coffee were available all the day long

the gym and the place is clean

car parking was accessible and open; didn't feel unsafe at night

the only positive to out stay was the early check in

i went to check in i was told no early check in even though i said it on line

seasonal allergies so it was a plus that there's no carpet in the rooms and the availability for early check in and having some where to retrieve a meal after coming back in from my prior

i was charged an early check in fee of ten dollars

i called multiple times to ask about an early check in and they were able to accommodate me and my family

wifi would not work, and our room would not get any cooler than 75 degrees despite turning the

room service was banging on my door at 10:45 screaming checkout is at 11 like i didn't have 15 more

the upkeep of the room interior and lack of no room service.
