early check in when you reserve your room

pool was under construction so we were only allowed to use it 2 of the 6 days we were there also,

have liked to see bacon as well as an egg option that wasn’t an omelet for the little ones at breakfast

breakfast was good .

also  that took care of the breakfast

the manager was nice and waived the early check in fee

& smiling faces when i walked in 3hrs early

the ladies that cooked the buffet breakfast were so very helpful and very sweet

breakfast was so good as the staff preparing it, they smiled all the time

much to like i made arrangements for early check in with office but it was not communicated and no rooms were available until after 3pm

paid for early check in and i get to location at 1 and they tell me that i can’t check in till 3, told

the kitchenette with close to a standard fridge made it have the comforts of home

i tried to buy another night since the people at the front desk didn’t want to give me a late check out (in covid 19 times with the hotel half empty) and i was shouted and through out

received a complimentary breakfast and every one was able to assist me in directions, information, and recommendations to

let us check in early and also gave us a room with 2 full beds because we have 2 kids (instead of 1 kingbed room)

were allowed an early check in which was a blessing because we were exhausted from a 3 day drive

small room, no room service, no free breakfast or lunch. basically you pay a lot for location.

ordered room service and it took forever

understaffed- check in took about 45 minutes and front desk guy said he was short staffed, no room service because everyone called in sick but 1 lady

the bar was not open and we could not get breakfast

the lobby bar was excellent, also loved the pool

i'm not sure why room service never cleaned the room

great hotel, lovely room, dining and bar was great
