the staff was amazing and even accommodated an early check in

even though there were lots of people in the pool areas, everyone respected each other

golf courses are amazing and water park is great for kids

had prior reservations, we called ahead to make sure a very early check in was okay

i had requested early check in and a room with a tile floor

i miss a refrigerator and microwave in the room specially when if you have kids with.

just wish pool was heated on my last visit there it wasnâ

we were glad they had laundry facilities because we had wet swim suits and towels to dry

although initial confusion about late check out, it was resolved and no issues

the management was very accommodating to put early check in and selection of room

in one of the mornings ive got a problem with some kids on 2nd floor room ( i was on 1st ) and in the other day the cleaning people were cleaning the

only cleaned once in 16 days (this means towels & sheets only changed once) room was next to laundry/work room noisy with carts early in the morning

the full kitchen so we did not have to eat out every night

try to early check in you won’t be able to at all no matter what

the location is great. it allows you early check in.

so i thought i was going to be serviced and taken care of when i arrived early

employees were rude and to much traffic from golf carts etc through all hours of the night.

mamy people were in the pool we were in and nobody was complaing, but not even 50 ft there were kids in the next pool throwing a football without security being called on them

were great , loved the pool and bar , staff was excellent very friendly and helpful , allowed an early check in with no hassle i would definitely recommend this hotel and the next time i’m in

the only thing i liked was the early check in that they honored,

i need a couple hours early check in and they accommodated my needs excellently

no food option to but by pool and check in was really late (wish early check in was available)

one lady in the front office was not very pleasant when we asked for an early check in
