i was accommodated for an early check in so i could get settled before my conference.

we came early but checked in without any problem or asking us to pay for early check in

i asked for early check in and even tho they were busy packed the night prior, they still found a way to

that is also wheelchair-accessible, so my aunt & i can get our things as needed *excellent free wifi for my various devices (essential to me for my remote consulting work) and i was just careful (-)was diminished the $22 per day resort fee; i was told the resort fee was for the breakfast and wifi and hot tub (-) very poor wifi (-)broken wifi, worst hotel art ever oh and tons of black mold.

i brought caviar to my room for new years eve and room service brought me all of the condiments ( chopped onion, egg whites and yolks, etc (+)from the valet to the front desk, concierge to room service, the staff was exceptional. (+) it has room service and the pool and jacuzzi are open (*) eating out on the patio or having room services was delicious (*) my sons said room service was awesome (-) two out of the three room service meals i had went straight into the (+)did not like that you have no food room service late hours (+)room service breakfast was delicious and waited only 30 minutes each time (-)the room service menu could use an update!! hardly any options. (-)breakfast room service was extortionate at $80 for 2 people! and it wasn't even that great.
