room service order was not accurate, but it wasn't noticed until the deliverer was gone

was checked into a: •unclean room to accommodate my early check in •tile on bathroom floor was loose (wasn’t aware until i cut my foot) •fitness

staff was very kind and were able to accommodate us with early check in since we had an overnight flight and arrived two hours early for the check in

liked the location and room was readily available for early check in and late check out

tomas at the downstairs bar was wonderful with attention to detail and super friendly

the nicest people that we encountered were the people who worked at glenn's kitchen and the one valet guy
