early check in

early check in was granted as we were travelling for a family funeral

the pool was very nice and the pool area was also well appointed with lounge chairs and beach towels

the room was large and comfortable; the mini kitchen seemed well equipped but we didn't

clean, well furnished room, great free breakfast, wifi worked well.

staff are pleasant and welcoming, breakfast especially the made to order

liked the included breakfast and that the hotel was able to allow us to do early check in

the location is good, the parking space was ample.

the complimentary breakfast was a great bonus with a nice variety of options for both kids and adults

the breakfast was great and the staff replenishing the food were right on top of it

continental breakfast was a revelation of so many choices of pastries, breads, cereals, milks , yogurts, butter

we appreciated the breakfast and coffee in the morning, and the kind service we experienced

we requested an early check in for our anniversary and not only did they accommodate the early check in, but they

location, facility and views. room was great. bar was fun.

just wished the hotel bar was open past 10pm

i would have really appreciated being notified before i booked the room that the bar and restaurant had been closed for kitchen renovations

i appreciated the free continental breakfast

only glitch was that a week prior to our stay, we requested early check in and late check out

minimal fitness center and breakfast choices

'continental' breakfast could have had some other choices

everything was spotlessly clean, and daily room service to clean and change towels

the breakfast was on the low end. almost as continental. and the food was cold.

we were able to do an early check in and the out side pool area was very nice!

the 4 rooms were together and were made available for early check in

only negative, and it is a small one, is that the food at the breakfast buffet could have been prepared a little better

check in and checkout was very easy, also got an early check in which i appreciated very much.
