very accommodating in our request for an early check in

pool was a bit chilly, but it was close to zero degrees outside

requested early check in but the room wasn’t ready, which was fine but the girl who was working the front

staff here went above and beyond accommodating my husband and i for an early check in when they had sold out the night before

really wasn't a big deal but the pool was cold, it was indoors but after all it is that time of year so

no hassles with anything i brought to them, and no issues working with me for early check in or trying to extend my stay

the pool and hot tub were wonderful and check out is at noon
