location, early check in, the facility (pool, rooms, available services etc.), shuttle. (+)i was accommodated with an early check in. that was nice. (-) we originally got cleared to do an early check in when first booking the room, when we arrived that was not honored and it was a fight
add the sparking pool to top it off and i can honestly say these were two of the best nights i spent out of 16 in
shuttle ran about every 15 minutes
near the airport, it had food in the lobby, also entertainment and a fitness center ad well ad laundry on site that was a blessing in itself
fairly well equipped gym for a hotel: lots of hand held weights, a few aerobic machines, and two pulley machines for

the hotel shuttle goes to the airport every 15 minutes so it was easy to get there in time for our flight
we left before breakfast officially started so there were breakfast-to-go bags for us to take

friendly check in staff - we have been granted complimentary early check in - though all procedures at check in are quite complicated and long nice beach nice
the pool bar was all processed kids food
proper youghurt was lacking at breakfast, ie plain, no sugar youghurt should be offered
the breakfast buffet was a cluster each morning as the omelette bar is setup in a spot that makes the
recommend buying the deluxe upgrade to access rhe premium bar, room service, and more flexibility with reservations at asian, italian and the grill restaurants

was very helpful with our car rental issue and allowed early check in restaurant food was awesome and waiter and waiters were so
not very good wifi
a beautiful garden, excellent facilities, a prime location near the beach, and a delicious, free breakfast

music, great food, nice employees, fun restaurant and bar area, 2 pools, short distance to playa hermosa, 10 min drive to coco
