location and outstanding facilities, friendly welcome from the staff and an early check in at no extra cost

the weather was cool for use of the pool, but the surrounding terrace was pleasant

easy parking inside the hotel too

there is also a parking lot and a really nice pool outside

located really nice in campeche, and a breeze to come and go as you please with their own parking

staff were friendly and allowed is early check in

the view is lovely up there, we didn't use the very small pool as it was quite cloudy

it has a nice terrace with a view and a small pool that looked clean although we didn't use it

the roof-top splash pool, although small, is a welcome feature

plunge pool perfect for cooling down after

enjoyed a late afternoon at the no frills pool but had fun

excellent breakfast

location parking large cool rooms , hot water , comfy beds lovely pool staff ( not so much front desk ) but cafe , housekeeping and maintenance staff very helpful
