when my colleagues and i arrived at 10am we enquired about early check in

breakfast was fine...wish there was was scrabbled eggs thou. overall waffle and cereal not bad.

the late check out was awesome as well they give you till 12 as a courtesy

had planned one entire pool day with the kids even went and bought new swimsuits for nothing

well the room where big for my kids and me .

early check in if possible.

the people don't respect the handicap parking, and the hotel does not make them respect that

more parking space

staff customer service and the fact they went far and beyond to accomodate our early check in

the swimming pool! overall, excellent hotel, location, and professional staff!

the server was using used plates and using the kitchen spoon that touched the used plate

pool was a good size but very cold
