i needed an early check in this was no issue

we had tea in there, prices are reasonable, breakfast was included

room in beautiful hotel with lovely bar and other relaxing seating areas

bar has a good selection including a nice local ale

was a lovely old building, nice bar & food, staff very friendly

however, the sally accommodated having my room ready for an early check in as they were aware of my situation

room and bathroom very modern and clean excellent staff and food superb good ambience in the bar what s not to

reasonably priced bar good food

was perfect bar was nice to sit and relax in rooms were spacious and clean and plenty of coffee tea bathrooms

arrived ten ish straight to bed and up sharp and away so didn’t get time for chilling in bar etc but clean room fresh bed and would go back

they kept the bar open for us as we were residents

the ‘view’ was the back of the hotel laundry, a grubby flat roof, a field with a broken shed in it

the gym, pool, sauna, jacuzzi etc are excellent, especially when you've come back from a physically

staff, nice bar and restaurant, receptionist automatically changed our room to ground floor when she saw i was

all staff were lovely and friendly and accommodate our early check in request as we were attending a wedding close by

i liked how they have thought of the extra touches as we had kids with us there was refreshment options for them left in the room

the food was great too as well as the bar area, it s a very nice place to sit and have a meal or a drink

so dog friendly with doggy treats on the bar and doggy dinner too! staff so helpful too

staff, the location and the breakfast were all absolutely perfect

and dog, the staff provided unlimited heated milk for my baby and let us keep the pram in the bar as there was no lift

the location was facing a golf course and was a quick walk to the lake, which had a wonderful paved walking path around it

the front of the building overlooks derwentwater, the pitch and putt and crazy golf green with the park

the stairs to our top floor room kept us fit but the unrestricted view over the golf course towards

hotel staff were able to accommodate an early check in for both our rooms which was really helpful as we were attending a wedding and

spacious parking and beautiful views from the room, which was a good size
