was pretty crowded when coming back late, elevators were really slow, needs a hot tub in the pool area

the “kitchen” facilities in the suite were gutted; no utensils, nothing to wash up with

the room's size and cleanliness was great. the free breakfast and shuttle ride was a nice bonus.

we noticed we were at the end of the hall which was fine but also noticed kids running above us one floor up, too

was a little noisy being so close to the laundry room and foyer, but not unbearable, easy to buffer with normal tv volume

also i had a request for an early check in that i made at the last minute and they were able to accommodate us, no problem

they also have an on site laundry and a mini store as well as a mini kitchen in the room-super convenient

they advertise they have a shuttle to take you to the airport and they had a nasty taxi

only thing i didn't like was that there was only one laundry bag in the double queen

you have kids bring a dvd player to watch movies that your bring from home

had to leave very early so was unable to try breakfast

loved that the pool and exercise room are open 24 hours.

i wanted to use the pool/hottub, but didn't have time on this trip

i love the pool and hot tub being open 24/7!

the room had a fridge with an ice maker and a mini kitchen

there was a laundry but everyone left their clothes in the machines (just set a timer on your phone for ps)

the room had everything ones needs with a full refrigerator, microwave, a stovetop and kitchen sink

room was wonderful - a darling kitchenette; an unbelievable shower and a really comfy bed - what's not to like

staff was great about extra pillows & towwls, & accommodating our early check in

got a free late check out til 2 pm

all staff we interacted with were friendly and happy to help. the indoor pool was great.
