was able to honor a request for 30 minute early check in— even though that meant changing

they were able to get us early check in, which were really appreciated

indoor pool or hot tub; the duvet cover on the bed was torn and the inside cushion kept sliding out; the

breakfast was ok but organic cereal & fresh fruit would be more healthy! location excellent.

amazing early check in staff were awesome

for a one day and night stay this was a nice affordable small hotel, that offered early check in

paper towels (love the cute bow made out of one), disinfecting wipes, broom with dust pan, and laundry basket were wonderful to have on hand

they only had laundry on the third floor and fifth floor and all the machines weren’t even operational

the laundry needs improved. everything was clean but sandy especially the sheets

staff didn't speak great english, and didn't seem to know the answers to questions like where the gym was located

breakfast was excellent. early check in was a perk.

so i loaded my kids up and we went to get breakfast

cover had a big stain on it, requested the top floor,the adults next door was on caffeine and the kids on jelly bean awful,bad

i was also very impressed with the quality of food served at breakfast

to the beach and main area for food check in was great and we were able to do an early check in because the front desk host was amazing

they allowed for a somewhat early check in

we arrived a little ahead of the check in time but accommodated an early check in and upgraded our room due to construction on site

first, i asked for early check in when i made the booking

was super convenient to all of downtown, daily happy hour was lovely, staff was super helpful-early check in, provided a discount card for restaurants on the property, helped book a trolly tour

the staff in all aspects from valet and lobby, to bar and restaurants were so helpful and friendly

attached restaurant and bar is accessible from inside or out and rests with a perfect view of the river

had eight guys for a golf trip to savannah stay at the river street inn

early check in made available by the staff at date of arrival

our luggage from the original room to the new room when it was ready, after putting us on an early check in list

breakfast was hot and delicious every morning with a wide variety to chose from

i love the historical atmosphere and the breakfast was wonderful

enjoyed the bar also, historian and harp player was incredible
