i liked the convienance of early check in and late check out

bonus was that the pool/hot tub are open later now

issue was our keys stopped working prior to check out, as my husband loaded the car and my kids and i went in the pool for last time (approx 10:30) when we got back to our room neither keys

no breakfast

breakfast was simple, but nice

also, not that it's the hotels fault, but there was a outdoor band playing at the bar at the end of the parking lot

kind of had a scare and wanted to park in front of the hotel to load up the kids and had to drive around

the breakfast was great. needed more seating through in the morning

newer finishes good location. i liked the early check in and late check out times.

there was no room service available. that was one reason i choose a classy hotel.

wine at the bar was crazy overpriced

i was not informed of the wifi and when i asked the person was rude

an then they ran out of orange juice leaving only water and coffee for kids to drink

from granting us early check in to changing our room from a double to a king and making sure we had a fabulous city

went there for a bachelorette party - the front desk was able to get us in for early check in so we could decorate the room, and the customer service was outstanding

requested early check in, when i arrived i was told it would be a 40 dollar fee

our stay was short so we didn't have the opportunity to use the gym or wood & paddle

wasn't told about the gym on the 18th floor that i had access to

early check in was available to us at 1pm

there was no where to dispose of garbage on a non room service day

the super friendly lady that answered the phone and said early check in was more than welcome when a room was available, just arrive anytime after 11, to

the staff is fabulous… the kitchen help creating breakfast were sensational

clean, well lit, nice lounge with a good breakfast; free laundry facilities abd free soap

thankful for the shuttle service.

were close to the elevator and until late we had people loud in the hallway kids/teens in the halls yelling and adults talking loudly in the hallways with crabby young kids

it is nice to have a pool & hot tub

and the amenities including, pool and fitness center, as well as breakfast

nice comfy rooms. hot tub is spacious. the pool is good for younger kids. staff is friendly.
