front desk was very nice and upgraded our room, breakfast was to go and the pool was indoor and warm

guards were over protected quit a lot - pool was not crowded at all but a family of kids and their dad were throwing a small football around not bothering anyone and were told to stop

for like baseball tournaments and the parents or people left in charge are too busy drinking poolside to notice or care that their kids are running the hallways or sliding on the kids splash

the pool was drained but that’s no fault of the staff
