let us get an early check in when i called so staff was accommodating

we took advantage of the weight room at the resort, the outdoor pool there is not heated

outside with kids at night during blizzard in pools and jacuzzis

the gym needs some improvement, and some units need fresh paint and new carpet.

room was huge with a double vanity and spa tub in the bathroom

the spa tub and the atmosphere.

although the room and bath were very clean, in using the spa tub, the jets were not cleaned out

the lack of daily service was evident as well on the soles of the spa slippers i always take with me on vacation

and pool it is a nice hotel great location the room as clean they upgraded us to a nicer room this time

requested an early check in and they were able to meet our needs

at breakfast one of the staff behind the bar when asked if it was possible to get hot water for tea said that the hot water was in the jug

very comfortable and plenty of space

i would recommend this place gor anyone that is stay up that way in new hampshire with kids

it would be great if the kids had a choice bar where they could get cereal or toast or fruit, rather than ordering a large plate
