she helped me get an early check in which i appreciated as it was a busy weekend for the hotel
pool was freezing. ran out of coffee for over half an hour at breakfast.

staff was amazing, drove in during bad weather and they gave me an early check in
breakfast was great, the pool was big with large area for folks to sit
loved everything staff food was great room was perfect no complaints at all pool was great
the gym was in great shape and much needed

close to airport and gas station, great for early check in.
having kitchen items already available in the room was annoying but workable
excellent rates and an over the top breakfast. good location for my travels.

we were able to easily get an early check in, the check in process upon arrival was very quick and painless, and the hotel was
room above us there were kids running back and forth after 11 pm and in the morning the staff was very reactive eventually
you get 24/7 coffee and it has a small gym
it’s great for kids with the games and free breakfast

pool was a bit of a disappointment, it is very small compared to how large of a hotel this is
the parking garage was across the street so we had to haul bags and kids thru the garage then thru the mall across the street and finally thru the hotel
rooms could be spruced up — not as elegant as the lobby. gym needs wipes.
