they allowed for us to have early check in

i was granted early check in which was nice

the staff is always nice! pool open 24h! best pace to take my dog!

they are pet friendly with several areas for your pets to go

location right in front of the river walk i asked for an early check in and they called me to let me know when the room was ready

we got a king room with a roomy spa tub and fireplace and a water view

breakfast, would like to see a little more variety, such as a waffle station, my kids look forward

sink, and even came with silverware, pots and pans, cups, dishes, sponge, dishwasher, dishsoap, kitchen towels, paper towels, and dishwasher soap etc

we had 2 king beds and a table with 2 chairs, no couch, small kitchenette

still had coffee residue from last user and there was no coffee or napkins, paper towels in the kitchen

kitchenette was old, worn, stove was ancient and ugly, cupboards had a few mismatched plates and

great location, comfortable and early check in was available!

the exhaust fan in the kitchen wasn't working

right across the street, but if the street was full, it would have been inconvenient to lug the kids and our luggage and everything back and forth

kitchen was lacking a pitcher

kitchen was huge and had only the basics; 4 plates, bowls, ups etc

i requested early check in for a 30th birthday as we had dinner reservations at 6

an early check in at 11:30 am we were immediately told no check in is at 4 pm

we had an early check in and late check out with no issues

the laundry only has one washer and one dryer

i didn’t like was that there was no adult hour for the pool or hot tub so both were full of kids at all hours

about this hotel was great, clean, beautiful, close to everything, unique gym, pet relief area, wonderful staff and fair pricing

we were able to do an early check in, which really elevated our stay as we had been traveling for a while

it was very enjoyable to make and enjoy a leisurely dinner with our kids, and to hang out and have coffee in the morning before breakfast at the great cafe on site

loved the loft area for the kids in the room, my daughter especially loved it she is autistic so the nook the bed is in made

two bedrooms one for kids one for us and as perfect.

equipped kitchen, comfy bed and the sleeper sofa was easy to use once we figured out how to deploy it

parking was a little tricky due to the way other guess parked and its limited space, the window

see that there could have been problems if i had had to use the stairs or had trouble finding a parking place
