accommodated early check in so we could change into our wedding clothes which we traveled to in west point

sketchy people, cigarette holes in the sheets, the toilet did not flush, and hardly any parking spots available

i didn't like that at 5 am there was little kids running down the halls and knocking in other peoples room doors and running off

staff was great! gave us an early check in which was amazing after a long 2 days of traveling!

the window was open on the 3rd floor and maybe bc they knew it wasn t working, but with little kids, i could see it as a hazard/safety issue as the screen didn t fit very good

the hotel has opened their bar and restaurant, it has not been stocked with a proper wine section

the front desk staff gave us (3 rooms) an early check in so we could dress and be at the venue at the appointed time

they welcome pets and there is no pet fee

the food at the bar was great and the location was close to the old market

courtney at the bar was fantastic and one night we arrived as she was finishing up and she stayed and took care of
