early check in and room upgrade we're definitely appreciated

location and breakfast

breakfast was not good at all

breakfast was amazing and changed daily

the breakfast was great with plenty of food and the had the beloved waffle maker :)

early check in, nice room. cleaning was fine.

hot tub was outside and we would prefer it to be inside near the pool.

only thing i thought could be better was the towels were hard and when we went to gym it felt like there was no air

the gym and pool facilities were great. breakfast was also good.

assumed our kitchenette would have a kettle and toaster at minimum so we're disappointed that we had to drive

parking spaces on premises (when available if lot isn’t full), allows pets and accommodated our early check in request

extra seating area in the suite was great to be able to relax in, front desk staff allowed for early check in, which was great after a long drive

we were given early check in that was very helpful

we received an email saying we could have early check in for a fee of $25

parking was bad because of a event meeting there but freed up after

clean, new furniture, good parking, helpful staff, great breakfast, etc

asked for early check in and they were very accommodating

pool had a yucky bandaid on the bottom that should have been cleaned up by pool crew.

not that family friendly, as 2 of the restaurants are on the casino floor, and kids are not allowed in

staying in a cottage, we were on the 2nd floor and when the kids ran it shook the room

we requested early check in, they were able to get us in about 2 hours early

the bathrooms could have been cleaner. the pool was very crowded at all times with lots of kids.

just be advised that they don’t have their own pool on their property, so if your kids are pool nuts like ours, you may want to consider another
