early check in helped enormously

late check in time was for me, a little too late and there was no option to opt for an early check

breakfast choices were excellent. very central.

it was great there was a laundry to use for clients

staff were happy to accommodate an early check in (albeit at a cost which i did say i was ok with)

handy for the bar and room service was available

we liked that there was room service, and you could communicate via whatsapp if you needed anything

not working for brewdog castle gate so no room service as was expected and many items out of stock in

everything is really comfortable, the wifi is working well
