bar and restaurant is spacious and the rooms are beautiful

arrived early 2pm but nobody was at the property to meet me

good to report about this property, requested an early check in but was told 4pm and that’s

mix up on early check in, young lady on breakfast was so apologetic for the young mans mistake.

had a nice bar and bar food staff were very friendly and helpful

was delicious, atmosphere in the bar and restaurant was amazing, staff were really friendly

not able to connect to wifi..

the spa was not open for chemical reason which was a shame.

however at the time of the booking it was not mentioned or mentioned clearly enough that the spa was shut

didn t pick up room service trays until the next morning.

wifi was good and even worked in the garden

of hotels whilst on business for 27years 3or 4 nights a week, i object having to serve my own breakfast, lanes is no different than most in this respect

we had booked the sunday night and the bar and restaurant were closed so we cannot comment on them, but the staff a were very friendly and

priced; the landlady was extremely affable and juggled the roles of front of house, behind the bar and food delivery with expertise

parking is a little awkward due to lack of space but there s nothing that can be done about it

breakfast was nice

were lovely especially zoe at breakfast

slight issue was the wifi not being that strong in the room but not a massive issue as we spent most of our time either

wifi but for one night didnt matter.

& helpfull , the accommodation was lovely , clean & comfortable although i did not use the bar facilities myself , it looked very nice & seems the food is very

amazing breakfast, very comfy bed and enjoyed the fishing lake!
