pool lounge beds were rather crowded, but that's to be expected in summer time, and was quickly
was excellent, but all other food was so so from the bar and grill restaurant
small children, skied everyday, enjoyed the breakfast choices, the lounge after skiing and the kids loved the late afternoon sledding and relaxing in the hot tub
the room service was great recommend the nachos
we also love the gym, out door hot tubs and pools

room service breakfast could have been better. the crowd at the
pacific was perfect, the only thing that would have helped to reduce costs would be an airport shuttle service with other guests as private transport was very expensive
got us in early, allowed to use facilities til room is ready, and the complimentary shuttle

is a fairly loud bar on the second floor, so if you want a quiet stay, make sure to be on a higher floor

room was fantastic over looking mountains nice kitchen under floor heating in bathroom, very comfortable big bed
we loved the kitchen feature and how easily accessible the village is

the only thing i didn t like was that a part of the carpet, next to the kitchen tiles, was frayed and a wiry bit scratched my foot

the pool and spa are both heated so on a cold day it's wonderful to have a swim
the rear of the bar, and often people smoke/vaping right next to the hot tub/swimming pool where kids are around

buffalo bill's was part of the hotel and the music bumping and loud crowd was alright but we have kids and it was late
at the front desk was able to get me an early check in
i had requested an early check in and it was approved by email
tub availability due to broken glass from other guest which put a damper on our morning with 6 kids

had an issue with wifi.
the ski-room service was great, just hand them to the concierge and collect them next morning
it was a great location and it let us do a early check in
let me check in at 3am after being stuck on the highway for hours and also offered a late check out
sad there wasn't a pool. and paying for parking was disappointing.

laundry downstairs, which was awesome, as no need to walk to local one

spa was beautiful and it was lovely that it was attached to the hotel, so no need to walk or drive
we went out on the lake, sat by the pool and tried all 3 restaurants
they have a bar and a restaurant which gives you option to not go to the village and have a great meal on the
pool and sauna were closed
