it was difficult to figure out breakfast- ended up buying, but where was the free continental breakfast

breakfast was pricey when you added in juice and coffee

would have liked a yogurt or fruit option for breakfast as well as a toaster for the bagels

the buffet breakfast was served at the restaurant and was delicious

location . rooms are spacious, feels like home. friendly stuff, good breakfast .

my wife and i have four young kids, and this is the kind of room we always stay in when traveling

they searched the room twice and went through the laundry by hand to help me find it

entire point of my stay was to have a relaxing night away from home and to have a swim but the pool was closed even though advertised as being open

2 hours to check in the line was extremely long and they only had 1 staff member had 2 small kids that were sleeping in the car till we got a room by the time we got the room it was almost

i will not forget also the receptionist who works at night ((brin)) very helpful yes, there is no breakfast, and for me this is not necessary because there is a restaurant in the hotel in general

coffee bar needs a small light, it's a little too dark to see inside the cubby

the gym was well equipped and the lobby was clean and welcoming

the hallway smelt like a gym locker room the first day we were there which was weird

staff especially the laundry lady, all of the housekeepers and front desk personnel

one more, i went out for a few hours and i left the towels in a laundry bag by the door in hopes of getting some new towels but i didn’t get any when i came back

then on my second night of my stay i wanted to do a load of laundry

only to find out when i was ready for gym that everything that was advertised and for which i booked this place was not functional : pool
