in edgartown, but not enough for all the guests ( tho there is an overflow lot 3 blocks away) pool is on the small side but with luxury lounges and hotel- provided towels

bar service was lack luster (understaffed each time we were there), but overall the stay was

and friendly and the room we had in the roxana building had wonderful light and a view of the pool

only concern was the lack of staff at the pool on july 5

the games, books and board games were really appreciated by my kids

the sofa bed on which my kids slept was a bit on the small side for 2 kids (narrow).

will excitedly return w the kids for a more rustic experience

the clubhouse was organizing daily activities for the kids, live music, yoga and had plenty of space to walk, relax and enjoy nature

they offer a shuttle to downtown pretty frequently and have a great restaurant right on site

incredible location, perfect hotel facilities, amazing view, spacious suites with kitchen.

couldn’t believe it had a full kitchen and a living room in my room

gentleman at bar when checking in. first impression was he deodar like his job.

very comfortable and great location for a walk on the golf course

you can't beat having access to a private beach, restaurant, snack bar and sauna

were lots of activities for the kids

our one night stay we requested an early check in which was not granted

close to the beach and family early check in breakfast was good friendly at the desk and maids

book spa services on line than called to book and than charged for services we didn’t have because

24 hour front desk, great location, great price. nice smelling toiletries, spa on-site

spa needs new and more comfortable chairs
