property was neatly maintained with a clean and comfortable room, friendly staff and ample breakfast options each morning

same person checking me in was also doing laundry

out between 9 and 4 afternoon receptionist is very unhelpful and has a couldnt care less attitude laundry facilities were

only complaint that the doorway to the back room was left open behind the desk and bar area in plain view and it wasn’t exactly neat and tidy something that the public should see

we even had a drink at the bar that evening which was a surprise added bonus

breakfast nook is not very big so if a lot of people are in there at the same time it feels crowded

the room turned out to be a suite with jacuzzi, kitchen, and large living room much to our surprise

the pool area looked like a tornado hit it after people or unsupported kids just thrown down the hotel pool towels everywhere

comfortable, spacious, clean. breakfast included. well priced, close to the ski slopes

loved everything, the breakfast meal and the staff in general.

also, the staff managed access to the pool well under the current covid conditions

we liked that we had access to fitness and laundry during our 3 weeks stay due to waiting to get into our new home
