atmosphere the pool should hv some lighting around it after dark but otherwise amazing getaway

loved the pool, hot tub, fireplace, hiking trails, animals, and breakfast

the pool was closed and the hot tubs closed to early it was a bit boring not much to do

i loved the warm, cozy atmosphere, enjoyed spending time with the farm animals, and the indoor pool was delightful

was great, room very clean, it’s very good for families especially with young kids, mini kitchen was fully equipped, amenities was superb, short walk to the village and ski

family friendly hotel with lots of activities for the kids.

we enjoyed the bar and had a fantastic dinner on the terrace

restaurant in the hotel served truly beautiful food at dinner time and the bar served yummy cocktails

it could have been little more clear and straight forward no room service, some essentials could have been kept in the room

everything was beautyfull . we enjoyed the heated pool hot tub the best.

the outdoor hot spa tend to be crowded at nights and the pool is not that warm for my preference

gym was a little disappointing/not a lot of equipment or space, i had to keep re-signing in to the

2 minutes walk to all the activities and pool been open late and the amazing jacuzzi

spa facilities , heated pool, lots of shopping and restaurants

no balcony to let fresh air in. the wifi was not great and kept having to be restarted.

we went on low season so we have access to hot tub spa etc alone lol

i also has issues connecting to their wifi on the kids ipads etc

i liked the pool and the gym. they offer discounts on the breakfast buffet and spa.

to many kids in the pool. adult area would be wonderful :)

they staff are great, gustav chophouse and bar is the restaurant in hotel, a must to go eat there

really liked that they had two heated pools, indoor and outdoor as well as a small (mini) golf course

there were a lot of families at the resort which was fine but the kids running up and down the hall i could have done without…but that is on the parents

really liked the nostalgic way the rooms were presented and i also enjoyed the kitchen area so that i can always bring my own food to cook in the room

i liked our stay and have booked already two nights for family day to come with my grand kids, since, in addition to good accommodation, the resort is located not far away from scenic

my kids loved the selection of dvds
