this is our 5th year coming for the 4th of july to enjoy the pool, the fireworks and the quiet night

the jet spa tub did not work as strong, but it's to be expected

the environment and breakfast was great

breakfast is excellent and the rooms are spacious and comfortable

the included breakfast was good, they have a person that makes omelets not just usual scrambled eggs

only bad thing is seating for the breakfast not many tables, but you could always just take it back to your room and eat there

wasn’t enough breakfast, the staff “lost” the keys to the pool but had their kids in there swimming, they had their friends there and made it seem like an inconvenience to have

newer property - building and area are in great shape with tons of free parking

they stopped breakfast at 9am which when you have kids on vacation its a little difficult to get everyone up and going before 9am most hotels now

good location, really nice room (king studio). pool and gym were open. nice view of the harbor.

laundry facilities out of order, i reserved a non smoking on first floor and got a smoking on third

i was able to catch up on laundry during my stay - and the desk staff person had quarters in exchange for my paper money

the manager said the smell was coming from the laundry room, but it smelt like it was coming from the room across from me

we were not informed of changes due to covid 19, locked lobby, no coffee in rooms, no pool use, etc

no swimming pool and full service spa facilities.

we were there on a sunday the restaurant and spa were closed

after 9pm no bar or room service was available in the hotel during the week, as there were no other bars open

totally fabulous from staff accommodating our wedding flowers , early check in to atmosphere everywhere

we missed breakfast

pool is rather small and the side and back doors are inaccessible (one has to walk around the hotel

had a sitting room and also even with the covid-19 virus they offered bagged breakfast

breakfast was a sack breakfast, which was pretty good, and at least they still offered it

back door is only and it. it very odd because the pool is there too.

the staff, and the breakfast buffet, everything was wonderful, also very comfortable beds

the pool was open and i love they have a guest laundry bigger tvs too. really comfy.

i thought the breakfast would just be pastries

went above and beyond in making you feel welcomed when checking in for my reservation the free breakfast is definitely a plus

i liked the fact that there were laundry facilities free of charge

my kids and my husband love the bed said it was so comfortable and i love breakfast buffet

amenities were wonderful the room to my standards the bed gave me an amazing sleep in the morning breakfast was worth every bit of my

full sized kitchen, well stocked bathroom, and nicely sized living room

kitchen and living room were not as clean as expected could use improvements and maybe even some

did not have breakfast there

our rooms were clean and had a joining door so all our kids had a bed

women were amazing and very understanding why we had to cancel and find another hotel for the kids to swim

we were happy the opened the pool because it was hot and we were traveling withv2 kids

i did not like the fact that the guest in room 203 had kids and they allowed them to make lots of noise, slamming doors, run up and down the hallway, not

the beds were comfortable and the rooms were big enough to let my kids run around

asked for towels and was pointed to the laundry, “to go” breakfast was gone before 10am, despite the sign stating it was available
