not being able to use pool due to pandemic

booked this hotel because of the pool for my kids, we got there monday afternoon and front desk told us they were going to open it later or next

location. friendly staff. good selection for breakfast. big room two queen suite.

came during covid-19 was going on,even though we had a bag breakfast and the pool was closed we still had a good time

the property is undergoing renovation so parts of the parking lot and sidewalks were filled with construction debris, including nails and screws - tire

i like that the pool and gym opened way early

light shone in from parking lot under the curtain, and it felt ike it was daytime

have liked to use the pool if we had stayed longer but understand why it s currently closed for the time

parking, staff were unfriendly, unhelpful and didnt care about our concerns about no place to park,

didn't utilize the pool facility outside, but from the looks of it, it could use a bit of tlc

the full kitchen would be great for long-term guests

hear the alarm clock go off for about 15 mins next door, kids running in the hallway and being noisy and other neighbor playing loud music

we didn’t partake in the breakfast, as it is only a simple continental, but for the price it is adequate

water served at breakfast tasted really bad. couldn’t drink it. had to go find bottled water.

the customer service was excellent and the breakfast while not extravagant was well planned.

the breakfast was very small. cold cereal and muffins. the pool room was cold. so was the water

there is no breakfast to speak of (coffee and wrapped pastries) but lots of restaurants nearby

we had slept in and came out to breakfast a few minutes before it was closing
