not being able to use pool due to pandemic

booked this hotel because of the pool for my kids, we got there monday afternoon and front desk told us they were going to open it later or next

location. friendly staff. good selection for breakfast. big room two queen suite.

came during covid-19 was going on,even though we had a bag breakfast and the pool was closed we still had a good time

ask for linens if you have kids in your party

the property is undergoing renovation so parts of the parking lot and sidewalks were filled with construction debris, including nails and screws - tire

i like that the pool and gym opened way early

light shone in from parking lot under the curtain, and it felt ike it was daytime

have liked to use the pool if we had stayed longer but understand why it s currently closed for the time

parking, staff were unfriendly, unhelpful and didnt care about our concerns about no place to park,

didn't utilize the pool facility outside, but from the looks of it, it could use a bit of tlc

the full kitchen would be great for long-term guests

was so clean, the pool area and spa is spacious, and love the extra vanity area besides the one in the bathroom

the pet fee is excessive, and my dog never makes a mess. but at least they allow pets.

there were so many kids in the pool & we just wanted to use the hot tub but it was impossible

omg. the breakfast menu choices were beyond my expectations. the food was delicious.

place does not look like the pictures the gym doesn’t work the pool is closed there is cucarachas everywhere and every single room of that

the breakfast was very small. cold cereal and muffins. the pool room was cold. so was the water

there is no breakfast to speak of (coffee and wrapped pastries) but lots of restaurants nearby

we had slept in and came out to breakfast a few minutes before it was closing

no breakfast. honey bun or small muffin is not a breakfast.

we walked across the parking lot to have dinner and didn't have to move our vehicle
