morning room service/clean had amazing attention to detail

the pool was a bonus

it would have been nice if the bar had been open.

because of covid restrictions the bar and restaurant were closed, but hopefully this will change soon

pool was shut. no bar or restaurant open apart from breakfast

lack of a staffed bar or access to drinks during the day.

the bar staff were peculiarly unaccomadating.

loved the small pool, luxurious atmosphere, central cloister/bar and spacious rooms.

the hotel has ample parking, and a lovely pool area

also excellent wifi in rooms again unlike zara where it was practically non existent

very well located, comfortable big rooms and nice pool to chill out at the end of the day.

signs for the parking and pool were not clear

pool could have been opened earlier 10.30am.

good location on outskirt of town but 15 min walk to plaza . parking at front of hotel , bar

parking, friendly reception from the barman who also does the reception as well as many other things & also speaks good english

need to find the right staff in the bar (the reception desks is empty)

restaurant was in the bar and a little dated.

a special mention to antonio behind the bar who was great and with an amazing knowledge of english football

the bar was also nice and we enjoyed food and beers in there

the staff were exceptionally kind, and the breakfast was delicious, plentiful, and prepared with the products from the farmhouse

laura and team were so nice and welcoming, great breakfast and delicious evening meals
