no lobby. no desk in room, just beds. not enough seating around the pool. laundry facility?

expect this to be the lap of luxury but it is in a fantastic location and has the best beach bar with live music in florida

is in prime location , the beach is incredible, the best bar on the beach is in the hotel yet not too loud to sleep

the pool is a smoking area which is not very comfortable for non smokers and kids.

could have more help with servers at the beach bar

which i understand as the beach bar sold drinks and food

i loved it was on the beach, had a bar and restaurant and pool. the food was amazing.

kids love the fact that they could get out of the room and practically be on the beach

many attractions for kids

the different actives was great to like making s’mores and all the actives they have for the kids

we were sidelined from the zip line, waterslide and kids wave experience

property was very clean and the employees took care of the grounds and pool

there are lots of activities for all ages from young kids to adults

rooftop pool and sunset view was great

she went over my reservation and sent my kids on a scavenger hunt

the rooftop pool was amazing, hot tub was hot, they didn't have room service or daily housekeeping, however they were pretty much at our beck and call

the rooftop pool and bar was amazing with the best views of the gulf.

pools were quite small/crowded, pool water was not cold/didnt cool you off, no ability to use own
