really disappointed to arrive with 2 kids to realise the waffle machine was not working the 2 nights we stayed

which was facing the railway, you could hear the trains and you could hear the neighbours and kids crying

to the executive lounge and we were given vouchers for a house drink each, a coffee from the bar each and 10% off of our food bill in the restaurant

in february but the small price to upgrade to an executive room was very much worth it for an early check in, late check out, access to the executive lounge etc

she was welcoming and warm and helped sort us with an early check in, as we had a flight in from belfast quite early
