heated pool, hot tub and fire pits were a bonus

great, our room on first floor had vaulted ceilings, beds really comfortable and breakfast was very nice

ended up not drying my clothes as people were waiting in the small laundry room to grab the next available dryer

the location, the pool, great staff, the balconies with wonderful views and the gym was pretty good

no good pool, no gym …basically no information was given to me prior to my stay that the lodge is under

is undergoing renovation - which takes time and patience so a few amenities were not available (laundry) or were more minimal than the completed version

also, the food and beverages at the hotel bar were quite pricey so we opted for cheaper food and beverage and other locations nearby

our room was spotless, the grounds, pool/hot tub, everything was in perfect condition

shuttle bus right outside to take you into park visitor centre (although we got up very early each

it fit our needs perfectly. it was right by the shuttle so very convenient.

i had a facial and massage at the five petals spa and they were fabulous
