free wifi isn t very good and if your not a hilton honors member, not great at all
great riverside location. lots of free parking. large room.

shuttle to the hard rock casino was great
the hotel is clean, there is a restaurant/bar onsite, and several restaurants and a casino nearby
comfortable. restaurant/ bar in hotel. free laundry.
old bar of soap left in shower. no vent in bathroom.
the beds were comfortable, and the free laundry came in handy .

the rooms, pool/hotub, and location! staff was awsome!
the pool was nice, the fitness center had everything i needed/wanted
the lights in the room appear to be wired so that you have to have the kitchen light on in order to use any other lights in the room
soap or dishwasher soap for the kitchen, and on our last night, they had a bunch of kids check in and they were running up and down

unable to check in due to no hot water or clean rooms due to no laundry service because of hot water and your website asked for a pin to cancel the room and the
light fixture hung from the ceiling near my door, odd linens hung about either the guest or staff laundry area, which worryingly smelled like cat urine
the laundry worked fine and the price was lower than most, so i guess we got what we paid for
