my dog and i appreciated the pet play area. rooms were nice and the kitchen a good bonus.

my granddaughter and i used the pool and outdoor hot tub at the athletic club, very convenient

setting, close to shopping, kids loved the snow and pool and restaurants

free wine and beer hour is nice, the spa was wonderful if a little overpriced, the giant tub was really nice to soak in, the location

i wish the pool had been open - it was so hot, and yet it was closed until memorial day. why???

my grandchildren weren't thrilled with the breakfast offerings, but i liked them

ready at 6:30 pm, while checking in, we were told there were no towels in the room because their laundry facilities were not working

also the hotel could not supply quarters for laundry machines so i had to spend 30 min

the room was spacious, and i liked the set up of the pool house with the double hot tubs

the hallway had a pile of dirty laundry laying there the entire time i was there

they also offered shuttle service to the redmond/bend airport, which i used on my way back home

when booking we requested if the staff could leave a little welcome note for our kids since it was our & their first time

just a little outside the town centre and perhaps a shuttle bus would be a good idea.

thought it was odd there was no shower in the spa room for after a sauna or steam bath

covid still so no restaurant, we didn't order room service.

clean, working self-service laundry for only $2 per wash cycle and dry cycle (so $4 total)

saturday night and the bar closed at 11.00pm not good !

the workout room leaves something to be desired but they have partnership with a local gym that guests can use for free
