spa is one of the best i have ever experienced

adult pool at cloister lovely

the old 1950s cloister were lost tepid temp in both saunas were a joke therefor long transit to spa was not problem,,did not use spa no more putting green no card room no bingo anymore no birds

besides that and covid related: masks were required -even at the pool and on the beach-, almost all restaurants closed during our stay because of coronavirus cases

also, spouse had to make 3 trips to office at 5 am to get his keycard for the gym door to work

no spa or bike rental

when you have to get kids around and go to a pool to find it closed it isn't a good thing

sad side i didn't get to play golf we was so busy

were clean, pool and hot tub were very nice

wish the pool and hot tub stayed open all night

standard room we got needed a makeover, we were moved to another room because we had guests with kids jumping up and down all night second room was a little better but still dirty please look at

girl kept the room nice, the pool area was nice, and i like the wristband and room key for access to other areas

only concern we had was why were all the licking gates and parking lot open to all

the food was delicious. the beach and pool area was family friendly and relaxing.

i loved the safety of the island and ability to let the kids play on the resort grounds without traffic

it is a family styled resort but the kids can be heard through the walls and celiling

pool/waiter staff was also exceptional (as ivy was too)

they will arrange shuttle rides to anywhere you want to go on the island and are always happy to give you pointers on

we also loved the island bar staff (holly especially) were great, as were waiters and waitresses
