the restaurant got my room service order wrong for dinner the first night and i had a very long wait for food

staff very friendly and hotel is clean. the spa service is also excellent.

they should have an age group for the piñata as most of the small kids didn't get a turn because the bigger kids took advantage

the swimming pool was not clean and the gym equipment was dated and some items did not work and gym ceiling had

variety and low quality fruit for breakfast, limited lower body gym equipment, evening entertainment just on saturday, some staff not cut out to be customer facing

was great, loved that there was no close off time for the pool, it was peaceful and quiet and most of all felt safe, my children could have walk about the

staff were quite friendly apart from the upstairs bar bobsters bar which we had to use because the beach bar was closed due to bad weather and damage

what we didn't like the wifi had a tendency to drop ever so often in our room which was located on the ground floor near
