correction - there was one very nice woman at the desk who provided me with hand towels from the gym when i told her we had no more clean towels and the cleaning staff had not been to our room

i wish i had got a chance to stay a little longer and also to get in in the pool and work out in the gym

swimming pool was over heated , hot tub was way to hot. door to pool did not work properly.

the guest laundry room could use an upgrade, but other than that, we were pleased.

my sisters room had mold on the ceiling and none of the kids would get in the pool because it was nasty

sweet professional and kind we visit family offen this is our new home away from home and the breakfast was delightful with many options thank u again i forgot and the beds clean and very very

pet fee had gone up to $20 from $10. if you have more than one dog, seems high to me.
