the pool was clean and towels were available at the front office

our space had a full kitchen, all the utensils you need, and much more (we reserved the king suite)

small alcove for kitchen included dishes, cutlery and glasses, also a hot water kettle and toaster

i would have liked a microwave in the room or gotten a kitchenette

loved that there was a kitchenette that was actually stocked with all essentials and how spacious the suite was

the pool host was extra kind, the idea a pool for adults was a very good one

i asked for two beds and a long sofa, they didn’t have what we asked for, so one of my kids sleep on the floor for two days, my card key didn’t work well , so we have to remplace it

food i ordered from the bar was disappointing, not cooked as ordered and didn t taste good, but the people was very nice

amenities caters to the kids yet the restaurant and bars had good drink choices.

and in general the hotel very well maintained and secure within the golf complex

the indoor and outdoor pools are open for a long time. gym is also 24 hours.

we loved baytown wharf across the street and appreciate the shuttle

the resort area has shopping, restaurants, 4 different pools, has a beachside and a bayside

more than enough room for my family ( our 2 kids and my mom) while there we visited the beach

would’ve liked to understand there are locations that have golf cart rentals included

didn't spend anytime at the pool, though we rented chairs and an umbrella on the beach for a decent price through the resort

hotel said they had a shuttle to the beach via a golf cart

don't have umbrellas for the guests at the beach and they only take the higher guests down on the golf cart to the beach

loved the facilities - water fill station and the complimentary beach golf cert services
